Confusing and Outdated User Interface: Many users have found LastPass's user interface to be confusing, counterintuitive, and outdated, especially for new users. They suggest that the software should provide a folder view for easier navigation and better visibility of access permissions.
Issues with Autofill Function: Some users have mentioned that the autofill function in LastPass can be confusing for beginners. They also wish that the generate password function required fewer clicks within the system. Although they mention that it works well with the Chrome extension, they still find room for improvement.

LastPass gives peace of mind
- Ability to store multiple different logins for one site for assistants that work under multiple solicitors.
- Ability to share passwords between staff when needed without them being sent by email or simply passed around on notes, making it much more secure.
- Sometimes the ability to share can be hard to do for new users if they don't save to a correct folder.
100% Must Have. This will change your work flow forever and you'll be using it in your personal life as well.
- Storing Secure Passwords & Notes
- Sharing Credentials Between Team Members
- Providing Access from Anywhere
- Launch using a default browser on mobile instead of the LastPass Browser.
- Make the app more stable for Android.
- Recognize main domains if the URL saved was some sort of specific URL, so you don't have to go digging if a site has multiple login access points.
- Create client password folders/groups
- Share information with other users easily
- Multifactor authentication protections
- Admin dashboard could be more intuitive and easy to use.
- Ability to save shared password in existing "folders".
- Secure password sharing
- Multi-factor authentication
- Secure notes

- Password resets
- Chrome Extension gets in the way of text boxes
LastPass for Business is a No Brainer
- Secure sensitive logins.
- Generate secure passwords.
- Enable two-factor authentication in one platform we're already using.
- Sharing could be more granular; for individual logins for example.
- The management console is a little wonky. Could use a UX facelift. A lot of it doesn't make sense to me. I feel like I'm re-learning how to use the admin every time I have to use it.
Reliable Password Manager
- Reliable access to frequently used web sites
- Safety access to financial sites
- Works well with two factor verification
- I find that sometimes it is difficult to restart after exiting my browser and I have to go through the long password and two-factor authorization too frequently on my office desktop.
- Autofill on IOS.
- Share passwords with others.
- Use their Authenticator app as a second factor.
- Android app - it often does not pop up when using autofill.
- Browser extension can be slow when logging in.
- Support is US based so can be slow for EU citizens.
- Random password generation.
- Integration into Chrome browser for ease of filling out login.
- Easy to use interface to browse and manage all passwords.
- Easily shared out over our organization.
- At times, I believe the timeout on the software is a bit too soon. I believe once authenticated, you should be signed in for at least 15-30 days.
- When filling out forms for login, sometimes the LastPass for Business button overlaps the eyeball icon to reveal what you are typing, making it difficult to see.
- Sometimes when searching for information in the Vault, I have noticed that it will not respond to the search criteria. It will appear as if nothing exists, but if you scroll down to it, it's there. So something with the interface needs improving.
The only password you will ever need to remember
- desktop and laptop browser integration via plugin
- smartphone app for automatic authentication on apps and browsers
- ability to share credentials with others
- password vault has security assessments and scores
- better integration on iOS, seems to work slightly better on Android
- better integration with windows 10/11 desktops, right now is a separate application
- plugin for Firefox seems underpowered compared with the plugin for Chrome/Edge
Data Secure App
- Password manager
- Dual password security
- Authentication process along with biometric thumb impression
- Few time it get auto logout
- In case of minimise the screen, it should ask again for biometric finger touch login for more security
- Managing paswords
- Sharing passwords with employees
- Setting secure passwords
- Multi-factor authentication (for those who use it)
- Managing users is a bit counterintuitive
- Implementation (getting employee buy on) is a bit difficult
- Sometimes passwords do not work if you only share permissions (not passwords)
- Chrome extension for easy account login and for saving new account passwords.
- 2-factor authentification.
- Syncing between devices.
- The biggest drawback is the price. It used to be free but not anymore and there are some other free password managers still out there.

Easy To Use, Saves Time, Can't Live Without It
- Autofill - it auto-fills your account details (and payment cards) with just one click. Incredible timesaver.
- Password Generator - it creates unique and secure passwords automagically, one less thing to worry about.
- Secure Notes - it has a place to store secure notes, like insurance policies, bank accounts, driver's license numbers/images, wi-fi passwords, database/servers, software licenses, etc.
- Payment Cards - great for adding credit cards, personal and business, that you can use to fill in for online/mobile shopping. It's easily one of the best features!
- Two-Factor Authentication
- It doesn't always work. There are times, I will have to log in to the app, copy the login/pass, then go back to the previous website/app to input my details. It can be a little cumbersome and iffy. It sometimes works, sometimes doesn't, and I have yet to figure out why. It's not a deal-breaker, just takes a little more time. Still wouldn't be caught without it.
- Sometimes buggy when searching for a certain login/pass when there are multiple saved accounts for that site.
My family uses LastPass for the same reasons as above. I have access to my mom's LastPass account, meaning that all of their important details, accounts, and files are just a click away if something were to happen. There's security in that, and it just makes our life easier.
Effective and secure!

LastPass you'll ever need
- Encourage good passwords: with the ability to easily generate a good, secure password that doesn't need to be typed in moving forward, it encourages users to have good passwords since they don't need to think of them and then remember them later on.
- Credential sharing: with the team solution it is very easy to share credentials when needed and revoke access when complete without ever revealing the password.
- Browser integration: the browser plugin makes it easy to use as it is always available whenever a password/login is required.
- Sharing outside the organization could be improved by not being limited to 5 users per shared folder as sometimes it is necessary to share credentials to more people.
- I haven't had much luck with the automatic password change feature for some services, but that's really not a big deal.
